DEED OF SELF- ADJUDICATION WITH SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this DEED made and executed this__day of ___________________, ______ at Jamindan, Capiz, Philippines by
and among:

SHERYL V. PALMERO, of legal age, Filipino, married to Oliver Palmero and a resident of Brgy. Linambasan,
Jamindan, Philippines, hereinafter called the Heir/Partitioner/Vendor;

-IN FAVOR OF-

DIONISIO R. VIGO, of legal age, Filipino, married to Weeya P. Vigo and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Jamindan,
Capiz, hereinafter called the VENDEE;

That the above-name is the only surviving legal heir of the deceased Domingo Verde, who died intestate in
this Municipality sometime on February 3, 2018, leaving a certain parcel of land, which is more particularly described
and bounded as follows:
DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL OF LAND

“A Parcel of Land Lot No. 273-Pt., Pls-527-D, situated at Brgy.Linambasan, Jamindan,Capiz, Containing an
area of ONE THOUSAND (1,000)SQUARE METERS more or less bounded on the North., by National
Road; on the East by Lot No. 240.; on the South by Lot No. 273; on the West by Lot No. 273-Pt..”

DESCRIPTION OF PORTION OF PARCEL OF LAND SOLD

“A Parcel of Land Lot No. 273-Pt., Pls-527-D, situated at Brgy.Linambasan, Jamindan,Capiz, Containing an
area of NINETY (90)SQUARE METERS more or less bounded on the North., by National Road; on the
East by Lot No. 240-Pt.; on the South by Lot No. 273; on the West by Lot No. 273-Pt..”

That I hereby ADJUDICATE unto myself the above described parcel of land, pursuant to Sec. 1, Rule 74 of
the Revised Rules of the Philippines;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of NINETY THOUSAND(P 90,000.00) PESOS,
Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid by and to my entire satisfaction received from the VENDEE, receipt hereof which
amount is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents do hereby SELL, CEDE, CONVEY and TRANSFER by way of DEED
OF ABSOLUTE SALE, unto the said Dionisio R. Vigo, his heirs, successors and assigns the herein above-described parcel of
land free from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever.

That all legal redemptioners and pre-redemptioners have been notified of this sale as required by Art. 1623 of
the Civil Code, but no one is interested to buy;

That the above-described parcel of land is not registered under Act 496. But the parties hereto agrees to register the
same under Act 3344 as amended. The same land is not tenanted nor work by any agricultural lessee and it is in conformity with
Land Reform Code.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the VENDOR and the VENDEE hereunto set my hand on the date and place
above-written.
