EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

(MOTOR VEHICLES) OF THE LATE EDGAR R. RAMIREZ

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT made and entered into this 10th day of September 2018 by and
among:

FELICITAS S. RAMIREZ, of legal age, surviving spouse, Filipino and with residence and postal
address at 2779 Lawton Drive, Barangay 7, Tanjay City;

LEAH R. CALUMPANG, of legal age, daughter, married, Filipino and with residence and postal
address at Adolfo Homes Subdivision, Barangay Isidro, Tanjay City;

LISSA S. RAMIREZ, of legal age, daughter, single, Filipino and with residence and postal address at
2779 Lawton Drive, Barangay 7, Tanjay City;

WITNESSETH:

THAT we are the sole heirs of EDGAR R. RAMIREZ who died on May 19, 2018 at Barangay 7,
Tanjay City; copy of his death certificate is hereto attached as Annex "A";

THAT said deceased died without any will or testament and without any outstanding debts in favor of
any person or entity;

THAT said deceased, at the time of his death, left personal properties, more particularly described as
motor vehicles, to wit:

THAT pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, and we being
all of age and with full capacity to contract, we do hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the above
described motor vehicle.

IN WITNESSS WHEREOF, we have hereunto signed this Deed, this 10th day of September 2018, in
Tanjay City, Philippines.
