WE:

ABC, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen and a resident of

___________, Quezon City;

DEF, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of No.

___________, Quezon City; and

GHI, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of No.

___________, Quezon City, after having been first duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

That, WE are the lawful occupants/ claimants of the following parcel of land in the
name of our deceased father/ husband (for Juana), located at ____________, Benguet,
covered by Tax Declaration with Property Index No. __________.

That, for and in consideration of the sum of THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND AND SIX
HUNDRED PESOS (PhP39,600.00), in hand paid by SPOUSES XYZ and LMNOP
APILADO, married to each other, Filipino citizens and residents of
_________________, Benguet; WE hereby WAIVE, TRANSFER and CONVEY in a
manner absolute and irrevocable, unto and in favor of SPS. XYZ LMNOP, their heirs,
assigns, and successors-in-interests, a portion of the above-described parcel of
unregistered land, specifically an area of SIXTY-SIX meters (66 m) only, including
improvements therein, free from any lien or encumbrance.

That the property involved herein having not been previously registered under
Act 496, otherwise known as the Land Registration Act, the parties hereto have agreed
to record this instrument under the provisions of Act 3344, as amended by Section 113,
of Presidential Decree 1526.

That the WE hereby warrant the peaceful and absolute possession and
ownership of SPS. XYZLMNOP over the said parcel of land herein sold and conveyed
and will defend their right against any claims of third persons whomsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed this Deed of Waiver
of Rights, this _______________ at ____________, Philippines.

This instrument consisting of two (2) pages, including the page on which this
acknowledgment is written has been signed on each page thereof by the parties and
their witnesses and sealed with my notarial seal.
