DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This instrument entered into by and between

ROSALIE S. CABUTOTAN, of legal age, Filipino, married, and resident of

Seselangen, Sual, Pangasinan, and hereinafter called the DONOR.

AND

ELIZALDE C. BOMBASI, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of

Seselangen, Sual, Pangasinan, and hereinafter called the DONEE.

WITNESSETH

That the DONOR is the absolute co-owner of that certain real property
situated at Seselangen Sual, Pangasinan, and more particularly described
in Original Certificate of Title No. 4327 of the Register of Deeds of
Alaminos as follows:

A parcel of land (lot 526, CAD-588-D), being a portion of Case

No. 6, situated in Barrio of Seselangen, Municipality of Sual,
Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the E.,
along line 4-1 by National Road, on the S., along line 1-2 by lot
525; on the W., along line 2-3 by lot 518; and on the W., along
line 3-4 by lot 518. Containing an area of TWO THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE (2,789) SQUARE METERS.

That for and consideration of the love and affection of the DONOR for the
DONEE, the said DONOR by these presents does hereby TRANSFER AND
CONVEY by way of DONATION, unto said DONEE, a portion with an area of
ONE THUNDRED (100) SQUARE METERS of the abovementioned real
property, free from all kinds of liens and encumbrances whatsoever.

That the DONEE does hereby ACCEPT the foregoing donation of the
above-described property for which he expresses his sincerest
appreciation and gratitude for the kindness and liberality shown by the
DONOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed these presents, at
Alaminos City, this 15th day of July, 2022.
