That we are the heirs of the deceased CRISPINO SJ. CAMPO who died on December
24, 2020 in Cardona, Rizal as evidenced by Certificate of Death hereto attached and made
integral part hereof;

That said decedent died intestate without leaving any debts with any person or entity nor
any Last Will and Testament;

That upon his death he have left that certain parcel of land located in Barrio of Bayugo,
Jalajala, Rizal which is more particularly described as follows;

Lot 1-B-86…...Containing an area of THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
SIXTY-TWO (3,362 Sq.m) Square Meters more or less, covered by TCT No. M-
157;

That pursuant to the provision of Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Revised Rule of Court of the
Republic of the Philippines, we, being all of legal ages, and with full capacity to contract, hereby
adjudicate, transfer, and divide among ourselves the above-mentioned parcel of land in equal
shares;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED


THOUSAND PESOS (Php200,000.00) Philippine currency and receipt of which is hereby
acknowledge from JAY Z. PATITO, single, of legal age. Filipino and with residence in
Rodriguez St., Brgy. San Roque, Cardona, Rizal; the above-named HEIRS of the late
CRISPINO, SJ. CAMPO by these present do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER AND
CONVEY in a manner of absolute and irrevocable, unto the said JAY Z. PATITO his heirs,
assigns and/or successors-in-interest, the above-described parcel of land;

That thirty (30) days prior to this sale, formal notice have been sent to adjoining lot
owners of the above-described parcel of land in accordance with Articles 1620 ,1621 and 1623 of
the Civil Code of the Philippines;

Republic of the Philippines, we, being all of legal ages, and with full capacity to contract, hereby
adjudicate, transfer, and divide among ourselves the above-mentioned parcel of land in equal
shares;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of THREE HUNDRED


THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php330,000.00) Philippine currency and receipt of which is
hereby acknowledge from SPS. FELIX D. SAPIN, JR. & VENUS S. OCAMPO, both of legal
ages. Filipino and with residence in San Pedro St. Ext., Brgy. Del Remedio, Cardona, Rizal the
above-named HEIRS of the late ALFONSO SJ. JULIAN, SR., by these present do hereby
SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY in a manner of absolute and irrevocable, unto the

CHERRY J. LOPEZ, married, allof legal ages, Filipino Citizen,with residence and postal
address in Cardona, Rizal;

W I T N E S S E T H;

That we are the heirs of the deceased ALFONSO SJ. JULIAN, SR. who died on
September 13, 2011in Angono, Rizal as evidenced by Certificate of Death hereto attached and
made integral part hereof;

That said decedent died intestate without leaving any debts with any person or entity nor
any Last Will and Testament;

That upon his deathhe have left that certain parcel of land located in San Pedro St., Ext., Brgy.
Del Remedio, Cardona, Rizal which is more particularly described as follows;

A parcel of land covered by Lot 970Cad-606-D -part, situated in San Pedro


Ext., Brgy. Del Remedio,Cardona, Rizal bounded on the NE by PIN 009, on the
SE by PIN 008; on the SW by PIN 013 and on the NW by PIN 006...Containing
an area of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE & 32/100(261.32Sq.m) Square Meters
more or less, covered by ARP No. 18-CD-007-00227;

That pursuant to the provision of Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Revised Rule of Court of the
Republic of the Philippines, we, being all of legal ages, and with full capacity to contract, hereby
adjudicate, transfer, and divide among ourselves the above-mentioned parcel of land in equal
shares;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of THREE HUNDRED


THIRTYTHOUSAND PESOS (Php330,000.00) Philippine currency and receipt of which is
hereby acknowledge from SPS.FELIX SAPIN& VENUS OCAMPO, both of legal
ages.Filipino and with residence in San Pedro St. Ext., Brgy.DelRemedio,Cardona, Rizal the
above-named HEIRS of the late ALFONSO SJ. JULIAN, SR., by these present do hereby
SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY in a manner of absolute and irrevocable, unto the
said SPS.FELIX SAPIN& VENUS OCAMPO their heirs, assigns and/or successors-in-interest,
the above-described parcel of land;
That thirty (30) days prior to this sale, formal notice have been sent to adjoining lot
owners of the above-described parcel of land in accordance with Articles 1620 ,1621 and 1623 of
the Civil Code of the Philippines;
