That we, ARCELI B. de la CRUZ, single; RENAN J. de la CRUZ, married; LAGRIMAS C.

REYES, married; CHRITOPHER S. de la CRUZ, single; RICHARD C. de la CRUZ, single; ARCADIO B.
de la CRUZ JR.; married; and ESPERANZA de la CRUZ-UY, widow, all of legal age, Filipino and
residents of Davao City, Tagum City, Philippines, respectively by these presents declareth and

W I T N E S S E T H:
That we are the lawful heirs of the late CONSOLACION de la CRUZ, who
during her lifetime the claimant of that parcel of land known as Lot No. 4905, Pls-
3, with an area of Eight Hundred (800) sq.m. more or less, situated at Poblacion,
Monkayo, ComVal Province, as shown in Cadastral Records, Cadastral Case No. N-
33, G.L.R.O. Cadastral Record No. N-316, Monkayo Cadastre;

That by these presents, we are WAIVING all our rights, interests and
participation over the above-mentioned parcel of land in favor of SUSANA F.
PARDILLO, of legal age, filipino, widow and a resident of Poblacion, Monkayo,
ComVal Province, the actual possessor and declarant of said Lot No. 4905, Pls-3,
per Tax declaration No. 17-07-0001-00237 R, in her name, free from land conflict
whatsoever.

 EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT
WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS made and executed into by
and among:

BENIGNO G. MANATAD and LEONARDA G. MANATAD, both single, of legal age, Filipino
and residents of P-1, Tapia, Montevista, Compostela Valley Province, Philippines;

W I T N E S S E T H:
That the above-named parties are only the surviving legitimate children and lawful heirs
of the late Crispin C. Manatad, who died on February 21, 2019 at Tapia, Montevista, Comval
Province and Gavina G. Manatad who died on February 5, 2018 at Tapia, Montevista, Comval
Province, Philippines,
That the said deceased died without leaving a last will or testament;
That the said deceased left that certain parcels of land which are hereunder described,
to wit:
“A parcel of land known as Lot No. 32, Bsd-112311-003005 (AR), being a
portion of Lot No. 2886, Pls 3, situated at Tapia, Montevista, ComVal Province,
containing an area of TEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY TWO (10,992) sq.
meters more or less covered by TCT No. C-6779 of the Registry of Deeds for the
Province of Davao;
“A parcel of land known as Lot No. 2623-E, Bsd-11-002080 (OLT), situated
at Tapia, Montevista, ComVal Province containing an area of EIGHT THOUSAND
NINETY FOUR (8,094) sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. C-8800, of the
Registry of Deeds for the Province of Davao; and
“A parcel of land known as Lot No. 36, Bsd-112311-003005 (AR), situated at
Tapia, Montevista, ComVal Province, containing an area of ONE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED NINETY FOUR (1,194) sq, meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. C-
6782, of the Registry of Deeds, for the Province of Davao.

That to the best knowledge and information of the parties hereto, the said deceased
left no debts and this deed does not involved personal properties.

That pursuant to the provision of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Courts parties
hereby being all of legal age and with full capacity to contract, hereby by these presents agreed
to divide and adjudicate among themselves the above-mentioned parcels of land in pro indiviso
equal share; subject however to the liabilities imposed in Sec. 4, Rule 74 of the new rules of
court, for a period of two years in favor of possible heirs, creditors or persons deprived of their
lawful participation in said land.

That heir LEONARDA G. MANATAD, waive as she hereby voluntarily waived her rights, interest
and participation on her share of the above-mentioned parcels of land in favor of her brother BENIGNO
G. MANATAD.
