1. Learning competency is a task or skill that a teacher desired from the students.

The other
term for learning competecy is “goal”. Through this a teacher can observe if they are already
learning the goal of that grade level. Example of learning competency/ies are:

a. Creativity
b. Curating information
c. Initiativeness on tasks
d. Gaining empathy toward others
e. Leadership skills

2. Things a teacher should consider in task designing are:


a) it should focus on learning outcomes
b) A must have list of skills and abilities required in a task and c) feedback forms should
always be applied to reflect the assessment criteria.
3. Rubrics is a guide and standardized specific scores in order to have a fair judgment in a
student’s level on a task. It is very important because assesses the performances of students
skills.
