COURSE NAME/ TITLE PHILIPPINE POPULAR CULTURE
COURSE DESCRIPTION This course deals with the students the new forms in art, music, and literature arising from opportunities and demands of mass audiences, markets and mass media,
and their social, economic, and political aspects.
CSAV VISION Colegio de Sta.Ana de Victorias envisions itself to be one of the leading educational institutions in Negros Occidental in the development for distinct development of
globally competitive professionals, endowed with excellence as socially responsible Christians animating the core values of the school.

competent, empowered, compassionate and socially responsible members of society, capable of committing themselves to contribute to the development of our

CSAV OBJECTIVE To develop well-rounded individuals responsive to the country's call for efficient, effective, and responsible workers and entrepreneurs by providing then with high
level of academic thinking, behavioral and technical competencies through up-to-date information, state-of-the-art educational facilities and standardized training
courses to enable them to live meaningful lives in their respective fields of specialization.

PROGRAM VISION Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) envisions to be a dynamic center for excellence in the development of competencies, skills, knowledge, and
work values that the modern tourism management professionals should possess.
PROGRAM MISSION The Tourism Management Program commits to facilitate the integral development of learners towards transformation through relevant curricular offerings, related
school activities, and specialized trainings designed for the holistic development of the students in their field of specialization.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES The Tourism Management Program aims to train and prepare students to become efficient, effective, responsive, and globally competitive professionals by:
1. providing quality instruction in the field of tourism management;
2. providing relevant activities that would demonstrate a high level of service quality in diverse settings and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in work
habits and communication skills; and,
3. facilitating programs that promote research and include student’s organization, student internship, conventions, seminars, educational field trips, and extension
services/outreach.
