AFFIDAVIT OF ATTESTATION

I, MANUEL S. CORCUERA Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Biwas, Tanza,

Cavite, Philippines after having been sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and
state:

1. That I hereby acknowledged and received in trust the amount of PHP 380,000.00
from SALVADOR L. BERNARDO, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of # 124 P.
Jacinto St., Caloocan City;

2. That for myself and for my co-heirs, I mortgaged our inherited property from our
parents, more particularly described, to wit:

TCT NO. 9646

“ A parcel of land (Lot No. 2180-New of the S.C de Malabon Friar Lands Estate
G.L.R.O Record No. 6832), situated in the Municipality of Tanza, Province of
Cavite, Island of Luzon. Bounded in the Northeast, by lots Nos. 2845 and 2852;
on the Southeast by Lot. No. 2855; on the Southwest, by Lots Nos. _____, 2920
and 2877, and on the Northwest, by Lot No. 2843. Containing an area of Twenty
Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Three (23,743) Square Meteres, more or
less.”

3. That I made use of the Special Power of Attorney dated August 29, 2003, doc. No.
220, page no. 47, book no. III, series of 2003 by notary public Atty.Henry D. Adasa
executed in my favor by my co-heirs and that I for myself and my co-heirs promised
to pay and/or return the amount of PHP 375,000.00 received in trust in favor of
SALVADOR L. BERNARDO without need of prior demand or notice on or before
28 February 2011.

4. That this Affidavit is being executed of my own free will and volition and that no
threats, force, intimidation or undue influence have been made and/or exerted upon
me by any person;

5. I hereby certify that we understood the contents and importance of this Affidavit of
Desistance.
