AFFIDAVIT OF NO PENDING CASE AND RETENTION AREA

I, ELSA B. DIVIDINA, of legal age, Filipino, single, and residing at B19 L43
Reginaville 2000, Innocencio, Trece Martinez, Cavite City, after having been sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the Authorized Representative of all heirs of the late ISIDRO L.

DIVIDINA who died on October 24, 1983 in Pasig City, the registered owner of a
parcel of land covered by OCT NO. 728 (BEFORE) OCT No. 0001464 (NOW) with
TAX DECLARATION No. 18-TN-011-01122 containing an area of ONE HUNDRED
THOUSAND (100,000) square meters more or less, located at Sungay St. Brgy.
Sampaloc, Municipality of Tanay, Province of Rizal;

2. That, the above-mentioned parcel of land is not involved in any case or has NO
PENDING CASE at the DARAB or any of its adjudicators, DAR or at the Office of
the President;

3. That, this property is PART OF MY RETENTION AREA;

4. That, they said parcel of land is a clean title with no obligation or loans to any bank or
to any individual so much to the Landbank of the Philippines which they themselves does
not want to issue any certification of any loans (equipment, production, etc.) as they said
the title are with us and is clean and no annotations whatsoever and it is free from any
obligations.

5. That, I am executed this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the above-mentioned facts
and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
