Street, Navotas East, Navotas City, hereinafter known as the VENDEE;

I, Merriam D. Morcilla, Filipino, married, of legal age with address at Blk 3, Lot 11, Lynville, Latag,
Lipa City, Batangas, hereinafter as ATTORNEY IN FACT of Leah Hernandez Navarro, married to
Kandanhenegandura Gedara Sunil Kularatne as the VENDOR of parcel of land under TCT # 072-
2019007213 as evidenced by Special Power of Attorney Doc No. ______, Page No. ______, and Series of
2021 of Consul ______________________________ of Philippine Consulate General, Colombo, Sri
Lanka.

Do hereby, constitute and appoint MELINDA E. SOLOMON, Filipino, of legal age, married with
address at Bolbok, Lipa City, Batangas to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact for our name, place
and stead to do and perform any of the following acts and deeds namely;

a. To represent us in all our transactions before any and all government or private offices
relative to the transfer of a certain parcel of land in favor of the VENDEE located at Lot 1, Blk
11, Barrio Cumba and Mabini, Lipa City, Batangas under TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF
TITLE No. 072-2019007213 registered under the name of Leah Hernandez Navarro, married to
Kandanhenegandura Gedara Sunil Kularatne;

b. To request, make, sign, seal, execute, deliver and/or receive and provide any and all
documents which may be lawfully necessary to be requested, done, delivered, received or
provided for in our name, including payment of fees, if any, relative to the intended transfer
of the title; and

c. To perform such other things that are lawfully necessary to be done under the circumstances
to the effect of the authority given.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform
every and all acts and things whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could have done if present, and do
hereby confirming and ratifying all the acts which our attorney-in-fact and its representative will
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
