SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, HARVEY DE VERA ESGUERRA, of legal age, Filipino, married, and resident

of Block 4 Lot 3 St. Paulave St. Francis VII, San Antonio, Biñan, Laguna do hereby
name, constitute and appoint, MAR JOVERT DE VERA CARA, likewise of legal age,
Filipino, married, and resident of Remedios Subd., Brgy. Bubukal, Santa Cruz,
Laguna, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place
and stead to do the following acts and things, to wit –

1. To SELL, TRANSFER, ASSIGN, DISPOSE, DELIVER, and CONVEY, in the amount of

(PHP________________________), Philippine Currency, to whosoever may purchase,
take-over or acquire with assumption of mortgage-loan balance that certain
real property acquired thru housing loan by my said attorney-in-fact (Mar
Jovert De Vera Cara) and by me as co-borrowers, designated as Block 6 Lot 6
Plan Pcs-04-029540 with an area of sixty (60) square meters, situated in Brgy.
Caingin, Santa Rosa City, Laguna, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
060-2015013443, and a copy of which is hereto attached for immediate
reference.

2. To represent me and sign on my behalf and for both of us, all necessary deeds,
instruments, contracts, documents, receipts and other papers in connection
herewith; and

3. To receive the payment in cash or manager’s check.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power

and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry
into effect the foregoing authority to sell, assign, transfer, convey or dispose in
like manner the above-stated property, fully to all intents and purposes as I and
both of us could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof.
