That I, HOMER TIBAY ALVAREZ (Seller), married, of legal age, Filipino, with residence
and postal address at Sitio Ilang-Ilang, Brgy. San Jose, Santa Cruz, Laguna 4009, FOR AND IN
CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF TWELVE THOUSAND PESOS [PHP12,000.00] Philippine
currency, to me in hand paid by JUBIE BAGUAL KADUSALE (Buyer), likewise of legal age,
married, Filipino and with residence and postal address at Sitio 6, Brgy. Palasan, Santa Cruz,
Laguna, do hereby SELL, ASSIGN, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale,
unto the said buyer, Jubie Bagual Kadusale, his heirs and assigns, that certain motorcycle,
hereunder more particularly described as follows –

Kadusale), full title and ownership over the above-described motor vehicle, free from all liens and
encumbrances by or from any person or entity.

IN WITNESS WHEREFORE, I and the said vendee hereto affixed our signatures this
