That WE, DAVEY RAY M. DITAN and PRINCESS D. DITAN, married with each
other, Filipino citizens, of legal ages, with residence at 109 Marlo Drive MonteVista Subd., Cainta,
Rizal do hereby APPOINT KRISTINE D. DOLOT married, likewise of legal age, Filipino with
residence address at Purok 4, Brgy. Sugod, Bacon District, Sorsogon City as my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact to act for and in my name, place and stead and for my own use and benefit, to do and
perform any and all of the following acts:

1. To process and transact with PAG-IBIG/Home Development Mutual Fund our

Housing Loan Application and Mortgage Contract involving a house and lot
owned and registered under the name of the Seller JOSEPH RECALDE
BUSTOS located at Bo. of Centro, Municipality of Magallanes, Province of
Sorsogon, with an area of Fifty Two (52) Square Meters more or less covered
by TCT No. 083-2016000752 and presently under mortgage with PAG-IBIG;

2. To make, sign, execute and deliver, for and in our behalf, any document
which may be necessary for the approval of my housing loan application and
transfer of the mortgage in our favor;

3. To perform any other act necessary and required for the accomplishment and
performance of the powers herein mentioned for and in our name.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full power and authority to execute and

perform every act necessary to be done to render it effective and HEREBY APPROVING ALL
that he may do by virtue hereof.
