JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF LEGITIMACY

WE, NILO PEÑAFLOR DANIEL and MARILYN DIAMANTE DANIEL, both

of legal age, Filipinos, married to each other, with residence at Brgy. XII, Victorias City,
Negros Occidental, after first being duly sworn according to law, depose and say:

1. That we are the biological parents of FRANZ M. DIAMANTE who was born
on January 14, 1994, Victorias City, Negros Occidental;

2. That at the time that our child was born, we could have contracted marriage as
there was no legal impediment, however, we have failed to do so;

3. That on February 27, 1997, we have contracted marriage at the Office of the
Municipal Mayor, Victorias City, Negros Occidental, Philippines, officiated
by Hon. Severo S. Palanca under the registry number 97-222

4. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the above-foregoing facts and
to request the Philippine Statistics Authority, through the Office of the Civil
Registrar of Victorias City, for the legitimacy of our son, and to change his
name to FRANZ DIAMANTE DANIEL.
