That it is my desire to transfer the above-described parcel of land to JOCELYN S.
FAMARANGLAS marrie to MARCELINO B. FAMARANGLAS.
That the said sale is not intended to circumvent the “Land Reform Policy” enunciated by
the President of the Philippines, under Presidential Decree No. 27 in conjunction with Section 11
and 12 of R.A. No. 3844 as Amended by R.A. No. 6389 and Memorandum Circular No. 2 and 2-
A of the Department of Agrarian Reform.
