I, RODOLFO DELFINO LARGO, of legal age, Filipino, married to TERESITA

LARGO and with a residence at Bgy. Balindog, Kidapawan City, after having been sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say: That I am the only son and sole heir of the late
BASILISA LARGO and MARIANO LARGO who died on ___________________ and
_______________ at ________________ and ________________ , Philippines respectively,
leaving without any will or debt that has not been settled up to the present;

That the said deceased at the time of their death left a parcel of residential land situated at
Bgy. Sudapin, Kidapawan City which is more particularly described to wit;

“A parcel of residential land situated at Bgy. Sudapin, Kidapawan City, Province of

Cotabato Island of Mindanao, designated as Lot 5, (LRC), Psd-227662, containing an area of One
Hundred Forty (147) square meters covered under title No. T-46868 registered in the name of Basilisa
Largo, married to Mariano Largo.

That pursuant to Sec. 1 Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, I hereby
Adjudicate unto myself the above described parcel of land without judicial proceedings as
prescribed by the aforementioned Rules of Court.

That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRE FORTY SEVEN
THOUSAND PESOS (P147,000.00), Philippine currency, in hand paid by TAGUM
COOPERATIVE represented by _________________ , legal age, Filipino, married and
resident of Tagum City, receipt of which sum is hereby acknowledged to my great satisfaction,
do hereby these presents SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely unto the said
Vendee their heirs, successors and assigns said parcel of land above described.

That the said deceased at the time of their death left a parcel of residential land situated at
Bgy. Sudapin, Kidapawan City which is more particularly described to wit;

“A parcel of land situated at Bgy. Sudapin, Kidapawan City, Province of Cotabato Island
of Mindanao, designated as Lot 5, (LRC), Psd-227662, containing an area of One Hundred Forty (147)
square meters . more or less covered under Title No. T-46868 registered in the name of Basilisa Largo
married to Mariano Largo.”
