AFFIDAVIT OF FIRST DONATION

I, LUZ L. ANGELES, of legal age, Filipino, single and


with postal address at 378 Alegre St., Jimenez Tan
Subdivision, Burabod, Sorsogon City, after having been
sworn according to law, hereby depose and state: THAT--

1. I have executed a Donation inter vivos in favor of my


nephew PAUL JOHN A. NITE JR., a copy is hereto
attached in evidence thereof;

2. This donation is the first and only one made by me


since then, and specifically in year 2019.

This affidavit is made for the purpose of processing the


transfer of the subject real property through donor’s tax and
for such other legal purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
