    AFFIDAVIT

    I, aaa , of legal age, married and a resident of Brgy. Suqui,


    CalapanCity, Oriental Mindoro after having been duly sworn on oath in
    accordance with law do hereby depose and say:
    1. That I am the buyer of the house and lot covered by TCT No. 1233
    located in Brgy. Suqui, Calapan City.

    2. That I am married to Allan S. Firmante, also of legal age and a resident of


    BagongSilang, CalataganBatangas.

    3. That we have been separated in board and in bed since 2013 and he has
    not contributed any amount as to the purchase of this property.

    4. That in connection with the requirements for the transfer of Title of TCT
    No. 1234 under my name as registered new owner, I understand the
    need to reflect my present Civil Status as still Married until legally
    annulled.

    In TRUTH WHEREOF, I have hereunto sign my name below, this 17 th day of


    August 2020 at Calapan City, Or. Mindoro, Philippines.
