consideration of 250,000 PESOS ONLY (Php 250,000), receipt of which
I hereby acknowledge, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by
way of absolute sale unto BEANS R. TAN, Filipino, of legal age, single
and presently residing at Unit 241, Tower 1, Avida Towers, Claveria
Street, Davao City, Davao del Sur, Philippines, as BUYER/VENDEE, my
