We, SPOUSES REBECCA H. PEREZ and DIOMEDES C. PEREZ, both of legal age, Filipino,
and a resident of Brgy. Calamias, Lipa City after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and state:
1. That we are the VENDEE of a parcel of land located at Brgy. Calamias, Lipa City with an area
of ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND SEVENTY NINE (1,679 sq. m.) square meters, more or
less, covered by Original Transfer Certificate of Title No. 072-2015000586;
2. That aside from the above-mentioned parcel of land, we do not own any agricultural land in
Calamias, Lipa City or anywhere in the Philippines; and
3. That we executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever
legal intents and purposes that it may legally serve;

depose and state:
1. That we own a total aggregate landholding including the area of 1679 square meters more or
less that we are acquiring from Sorosoro Ibaba Development Cooperative (SIDC) under Doc.
No. 241, Page NO. 49, Book No. XXII, series of 2017 of Notary Public Atty. Jaero P. Garcia
dated December 4, 2017, does not exceed five(5) hectares;

2. That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No.1, series of
1989 as well as to show proof that our total aggregate landholdings inclusive of land subject
of the above mentioned transaction does not exceed five (5) hectares; and

3. That we executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever
legal intents and purposes that it may legally serve;

AFFIDAVIT OF SELLER / TRANSFERROR

We, DR. ANGELITO B. BAGUI and DIR. REMEDIOS C. CASAS, both of legal age, Filipino,
and a resident of Batangas City after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:
1. That we are the representatives of Sorosoro Ibaba Development Cooperative (SIDC);
2. That SIDC sold to Rebecca H. Perez and Diomedes C. Perez a landholding with an area of
1679 square meters more or less, under Doc. No. 241, Page No. 49, Book No. XXII, series of
2017 of Notary Public Atty. Jaero P. Garcia dated December 4, 2017.
3. That the aggregate landholdings of SIDC is more than five(5) hectares, however, the
cooperative is only disposing a portion of the same which is less than five hectares, and
therefore part/portion of our retention area.
4. That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No. 1, Series of
1989 as well as to show proof that the subject of above mentioned transaction is a retention or
portion of a retention area.
5. That the said parcel of land is not tenanted;
6. That there is no pending case involving the said landholding.

7. That we executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever
legal intents and purposes that it may legally serve;
