Good day!

This is in relation to the Inter-Office Memo we received from Internal Compliance Department dated
January 4, 2023. As noted in Audit Report No. 2022-245 dated December 27, 2022, there were
noted discrepancies on member’s original copies and duplicate copies of collection receipts of
Koopinoy Talavera with a total amount of P 60, 993.44.

Upon reviewing, we suggest to charge the said amount to the involved employee according to the
existing policy of SIDC while we were preparing to refer this case to the local lawyer in NLBO.
