SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That I, VINCENT IAN ALIPO-ON of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of
____________ City, Philippines do hereby name, constitute and appoint EDIELAINE MAE
G. ABAD, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of _____________ City, Philippines
to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following acts and things, namely:

1. To sign and/execute for and in my behalf the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with
RACE C. BILAG married to ROY H. BILAG

2. To appear before the Notary Public in Cebu, Philippines, to acknowledge the

Memorandum of Agreement executed with RACQUEL C. BURNETTE and/or her
attorney-in-fact.

3. To represent me before the seller/developer ALONEZ INC. relative to the processing of

the transfer/assignment of my rights and interest to RACE C. BILAG

4. To receive any and all documents related to the transfer/assignment of my rights and
interest to RACE C. BILAG

5. To sign and execute such other necessary documents to carry into full effect the power
herein conferred and to do any other related and/or incidental task that may be needed to
fully and effectively carry out the authority herein conferred upon her.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or
proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or
could do if personally present and acting in person, with full power of substitution and
revocation; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall

lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
