SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, AZUCENA T. WONG, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a resident of
Main Rd, Sta Maria, Zamboanga City, Philippines, do hereby name, appoint and
constitute APRIL JOY DEMETERIO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident Cahipa
St, Hipodromo, Cebu City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact for me
and in my name, place and stead, for my own benefit and use to do and perform any of
the following acts and things to wit:
1. To get, claim, receive, retrieve, and follow-up the Death Certificate of my son
Jeffrey Tayongtong Wong, with the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center,
B.Rodriguez St, Cebu City, Philippines;

2. To get, claim, receive, retrieve, and follow-up all other documents related to
the above-mentioned purpose;
3. To make, process, secure, facilitate, follow-up, execute, and sign all
necessary documents for the attainment of the above-mentioned purpose
and/or for the settlement of the above-mentioned transaction;
4. To do all other acts necessary for the attainment and accomplishment of the
above-specified powers;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary
or proper to be done and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could do if personally present, and acting in person; and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
