AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP WITH UNDERTAKING

We, FRANCISCO D. ENRIQUEZ JR. and ARLENE Q. ENRIQUEZ, of both of

legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Zamboanga City, Philippines, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say, that:

1. We are the registered owners of the certain parcel of land with Transfer
Certificate of Title No.129-2017002673;

2. We have applied for a Real Estate Loan with the Philippine Savings Bank
(PSBank for brevity), with business address at 5 th Floor, PSBank Center, 777
Paseo de Roxas, Sedeño street, Makati City. As such the above-mentioned
property was used as a collateral for our Real Estate Loan;

3. In relation to the above-mentioned Loan, PSBank required us to submit the

Cancellation of Section 7, Republic Act 26 on TCT No. 129-2017002673;

4. We make these statements under oath and good faith in order to establish the
fact that I hereby undertake to submit the Cancellation of Section 7, Republic Act
26 on TCT No. 129-2017002673 with the PSBank;

5. We execute this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts based on
personal knowledge and authentic records and for whatever legal purpose it may
serve.
