SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, I NIEVA EMYROSE E. MASUKAT, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident
of Purok Quezon, Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, by these presents do hereby authorize
CHRISTINE JILL S. AMBUS, likewise of legal age, and a resident of 10 Aseniero, Poblacion
East, Salug, Zamboanga del Norte, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my
name, place and stead, and for my own use of ad benefit, to do or perform all any of the
following acts and things, to wit:

1. To transact with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Zamboanga

City, in matters concerning the renewal of my Professional Identification Card as
a Licensed Teacher with License No. 1681471;
2. To claim and/or receive the said Professional Identification Card from PRC
Zamboanga City upon its release;
3. To receive, and acknowledge receipts; sign and execute necessary papers and
documents in relation thereto and generally to do or perform any act or deed
necessary or that may be required in furtherance of this authority;

HERBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing requisite or necessary to carry into effect
the foregoing authority, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done
by virtue hereof.
