1. To ask, demand, collect any and all sums of money, sue to recover debts, dues,
accounts, dividends, legacies, bequests, interests, and other things of value of
whatever nature or kind as may now be or may hereafter become due owing,
payable or belonging to me, and to have, sue, and to take any and all lawful
ways and means for the recovery thereof by suit, attachment, compromise or
otherwise;
4. To transact with, request any document, and facilitate any process with the
appropriate registries of property which have jurisdiction over my legally absent
husband’s properties;
6. In general, to do all other acts, deeds, matters, and things whatsoever, in or about
my interest in my legally absent husband’s estate, property, and affairs as fully
and effectually for all intents and purposes as I could do in my proper person if
personally present.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the
premises, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or her
delegate shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
This General Power of Attorney duly terminates all other agency agreements or
powers of attorney previously entered into or granted by the undersigned Principal to
other persons, and such agency relationships shall no longer be of any force or effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this General Power of
Attorney this 14th day of October 2014 in Quezon City, Philippines.
