SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, BEATO MORGADO CASTILLO, of legal age, Filipino and resident of 122 A Sto.
Rosario Subd., Brgy. 4, Lucena City, have made constituted and appointed, and BY THESE
PRESENTS do make, constitute and appoint my daughter MARY JOAN TOLENTINO
CASTILLO, of legal age, Filipino and resident of Kalaw St., Calmar Homes Pahse 3, Mayao
Kanluran, Lucena City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me, in my name, place and
stead, to perform the following specific act, to wit:

“To appear/transact/represent/process in my behalf at PHILIPPINE

NATIONAL BANK, with full authority to facilitate the processing of whatever
documents necessary regarding for additional signatory;

“To sign, execute and deliver any papers and documents and/or
