Panghulo, Malabon City, have named by these presents do hereby name, appoint and constitute
to JOANA ANNE DELLUPAC, of legal age Filipino, and with address at Blumentrit, Manila,
to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in name, place and stead, to do and perform
the following acts and things, name:

1. To act as my representative to get my resignation pay / back-pay at MAXS

RESTAURANT;

2. To sign any papers/documents which may be deemed necessary to give full force and
effect to the foregoing authority;

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and acting in person,
hereby, ratifying and confirming all what my said attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be done
under and by virtue of these presents.
