SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, MARICEL AUSTERO MAGLAYA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen with and address
at 24 Palmera St. Gloria 3 Subd. Brgy. Culiat, Quezon City, have named by these presents do
hereby name, appoint and constitute my husband JOSE A. MAGLAYA JR., Filipino, residence
of the said address same as above, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in name,
place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, name:

1. To act as my representative to get my TRANSCRIPT OF RECORD at the

POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES;

2. To make, sign execute any documents and other writings of whatever nature or kind with
any and all third persons, concerns or entities that would fulfill her authority granted;
