That I, NELSON R. VICENTUAN, of legal age, Filipino, and residing at

471 Kinasang-an, Pardo, Cebu City, Philippines, have made, constituted, and
appointed, and by these presents do make, constitute, and appoint, Mrs. Nerissa
Romero, of legal age, married and resident of San Fernando, Romblon, my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact for me and my name, place and stead:

1. To cause the correction of my Birth Certificate with the Local Civil

Registrar of San Fernando, Romblon as well as with the Philippine
Statistics Authority, with respect to the name of my mother as stated
therein from Iluminada S. Vicentuan to Iluminada S. Ramirez;
2. To sign any or all documents as maybe required or necessary to be done
virtue of these presents;

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or
could do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said
attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
