I, ERNESTO B. FUENTES, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of

Camp Catitipan, Davao City, by these presents do hereby name, constitute and appoint as
she hereby named, constituted and appointed PCPL JESHONMICO M MILLAN, of
legal age, Filipino, of recruitment , PRO 10, Camp Alagar, Cagayan de Oro City , to be
my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do
perform the following act, to wit;

1. to sign any documents, contracts pertaining to the ICA of (661) PRO 10 PNP
Recruits.

2. to receive payments of ICA of 661 pairs of PNP Low Cut Dress Shoes in the amount
of Nine Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P925,400.00) and
572 pairs of Pantyhose Stockings in the amount of Fifty |Seven Thousand Two
Hundred Pesos or in the Total Amount of Nine Hundred Eighty Two Thousand Six
Hundred Pesos (P982,600.00) only at Regional Finance Service Office 10, Camp
Alagar, Cagayan de Oro City.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power

and authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or
proper to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might
or could do if personally present with power substitution or revocation and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done under and by virtue of this presents.
