DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Claire E. Silvestre, Filipino citizen, single, of legal age with residence

and post-office address at #2415 Purok 7, Rizal, Santiago City, Isabela_ for
and in consideration of the sum of _ONE MILLION_ PESOS
(P1,000,000.00), Philippine currency, paid to me today by _Nemuel L.
Cezar Filipino citizen, of legal age, with residence and post office address at
#16 Lirio St. Baptista Village, Santiago City, Isabela_, do hereby SELL,
TRANSFER, AND CONVEY absolutely and unconditionally, unto said
BUYER his/her heirs and assigns, that certain parcel of land, together with
the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the City/Municipality of
Cordon, Isabela, and more particularly described as follows:

of which I am the registered owner in fee simple, my title thereto being

evidenced by Transfer (or Original) Certificate of Title No. 311716, issued by
the Register of Deeds of _Santiago City, Isabela_.

It is hereby mutually agreed that the vendee shall bear all the expenses
for the execution and registration of this deed of sale.

AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS

I, CLAIRE E. SILVESTRE, Filipino, of legal age, single, and with

residence at #2415 Purok 7, Rizal, Santiago City, Isabela, Philippines, after
being duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

That, I maintain a Savings Account with S/A No. 001-000-6799 with

BDO Unibank, Inc. with a credit balance of Sixty-Nine Thousand Six
Hundred Ninety-Six and 96/100 (Php 69,696.96);

That, on or about sometime on June 2019, the Passbook of the above-

mentioned account, which has always been in my possession, was lost and its
whereabouts cannot be ascertained despite due and diligent search made and
undertaken such that I now believe that the same is lost beyond recovery;

That, I now request the BDO Unibank, Inc. to issue a new Passbook in
lieu of the lost one and I bind myself to surrender the lost Passbook/Certificate
in the event that the same is found and/or located;

That, I bind myself to indemnify BDO Unibank, Inc. for any loss and
damage it may incur by reason of its issuance or replacement Passbook;

That, each and every fact herein stated is true and I am willing to testify
before any court of justice to substantiate the truth of each and all the said
facts.
