AFFIDAVIT OF NO GROSS SALES

I, WINCHELL SAN LUIS CUENCO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

Paroba St., Santo Rosario, Mexico, Pampanga, after being sworn in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state that –

1. I am the owner of JWY Property Rental, a business located at Sto.

Rosario, Mexico, Pampanga;

2. In 2019, I was issued a business permit by the Office of the

Mayor, Municipality of Mexico with Permit No. 02232-2019, Application No.
02232, Series of 2019 effective until December 31, 2019;

3. From the period said permit was issued, I have not obtained any
sales and income from my rental business because no tenant leased the
properties subject of my rental business;

4. It is in this regard that I execute this affidavit to inform the Office

of the Mayor of the Municipality of Mexico, Pampanga that I have no gross sales
and income to date;

5. I further execute this affidavit in compliance with and/or for

purposes of meeting the requirements for the renewal of my business permit;

6. Finally, I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth and

veracity of the foregoing statements and for all legal intents and purposes it
may serve;

7. Affiant sayeth naught.
