Luna Plaza 668, Juan Luna St., Binondo, Manila, do hereby designate and appoint
LEONITA B. MAGCALING, likewise of legal age, Filipino, with residence address at
1732 Prudencia St., Tondo, Manila, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, and as
such, we hereby authorize him to do the following acts, to wit:

To be an authorized representative on my behalf in the processing of

BIR permits which will entail the printing of receipts and other documents
that will come thereupon in my shop MDNG General Merchandise located
at UBS #3 Juan Luna Plaza 668, Juan Luna St., Binondo, Manila..

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect
the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might and could
personally do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our
said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
