Street Legaspi Village, Makati City, do hereby name, constitute, and
appoint CAMILO MEDINA, with office address at 5th Floor, COCOFED
Building, 144 Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City, to be my true and
lawful Attorney-In-Fact, with full and special power and authority to do
and perform, the following:

1. To accept and pick-up my Integrated Bar of the

Philippines Identification card in my behalf, bearing the
Official Receipt No. 008739;

2. To execute and/or sign any and all documents necessary

for the implementation of this authority;

3. To do any and all acts necessary for the implementation

of foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-In-Fact

full power and authority to do and perform any and all other acts and
things necessary and proper to be done in and about the premises as fully
to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
