I, IGNACIO M. CABAUATAN of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Brgy. Saui,

Cabagan, Isabela, herein called as the PRINCIPAL;

Do by these presents, APPOINT, DESIGNATE and CONSTITUTE, ANGELITA M.

CABAUATAN., likewise of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and a resident of Brgy. Saui, Cabagan,
Isabela as our true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for our names, places and steads, to
perform the following acts:
To buy a portion of 13x20 square meters (260) parcel of land covered by Tax Dec
No. 18-0023-00062, designated as Lot No.776 with an area of SEVEN THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY square meters, more or less, situated at Brgy. Saui,
Cabagan, Isabela;

To represent me before Register of Deeds, DAR, BIR, Municipal Assessor’s

Office of Cabagan, Isabela, Provincial Assessor, Municipal and Provincial
Treasury and/or any other government offices.

To pay any sum required for the registration of the above-mentioned Deed
with the aforementioned Offices;

To process and apply for TIN Number of the Principal;

To sign/receive any the documents and/or all other papers connected with
and/or related to the performance of the acts mentioned in the preceding
paragraph;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said ATTORNEY-IN- FACT full
power and authority to do and perform all and everything whatsoever requisite necessary or
proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or
could do personally present and acting in person;

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our ATTORNEY-IN-FACT

shall lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.

of legal age, Citizen, and resident of Brgy. Magassi, Cabagan, Isabela herein and herein after
called as the PRINCIPAL;

Do by these presents, APPOINT, DESIGNATE and CONSTITUTE, IMELDA

TAGUIBAO ALLAM, likewise of legal age, Single, Filipino Citizen, and a resident of Brgy.
Magassi, Cabagan, Isabela, as my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for me and in my

To stand for in my behalf and represent me in filing a case for

reconveyance and/or recovery of properties of the late Pedro
Taguibao which were fraudulently and illegally sold or conveyed
without authority or any right under the existing laws;

taxes due the properties above-mentioned;

To sign, all necessary papers/documents appurtenant thereto;
