COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

ON SANGLA/TIRA NG BAHAY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This Agreement made and entered into by and between:

ADELAIDA C. BOBILES, of legal age, Filipino, and with postal address of #82 Bagong
Lipunan St., CAA, Las Piñas City, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagor.
And
MERILYN SALCEDO PACLIAN, of legal age, married with postal address at B27 L47
Hamilton Hts., Talon, Las Pinas City and JOHNNY MACIAS PALARPALAR, of legal age, married
with postal address at #068-B Aratiles St., Las Pinas City Thereinafter referred to as the Mortgagee.

WITNESSETH
Whereas, the Mortgagor had entered an agreement on KASUNDUAN NG SANGLA/TIRA
NG BAHAY on a 2nd Floor of a Unit B only (2) Two Story residential only located at #82 Bagong
Lipunan St., CAA, Las Piñas City, in the amount of PESOS: One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos
Only, (Php. 120,000.00) only, Philippine Currency; payable under the following terms and conditions:

1. In the amount of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only, (Php. 120,000.00),
Philippine Currency. Serves as a Full Payment, said accountabilities shall pay for a Period
of Two years contract; beginning this 27th of December, 2022 up to 27th of December 2024,
Hence, the Compromise Agreement shall bond as a RENEWABLE CONTRACT, AS
AGREED UPON BY BOTH PARTIES, which shall commence upon signing of this
agreement;

2. That the mortgagee shall use the said room for residential purposes which shall begin on the
27th day of January, 2022. until said mortgage will be fully paid for and/or settled, A one
month grace period shall be given to the renter before vacating the said property.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the parties, reciprocal/mutual


concessions and covenant hereto agreed upon, it is hereby moreover agreed that, should the
MORTGAGOR failed to pay the mortgage amount, the parties hereby agreed to continue their
agreement as stated beforehand:

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this agreement assigned and executed between both parties
this 27rd day of December, 2022 at the City of Las Piñas, Philippines.
