DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale, made and entered into by and between:

LEAH FE S. SUELTO and DIANA LHYD S. SUELTO, Filipinos, of legal

ages, both single, residents of San Vicente, Asuncion, Davao del Norte,
Philippines, hereinafter called the VENDORS,

- and -

JENNY R. UCANG, married to Eugene J. Ucang, Filipino, of legal age,

resident of Purok 2-B, Fd Rd 1, Tibal-og, Sto Tomas, Davao del Norte,
Philippines, hereinafter called the VENDEE,

W I T N E S S E T H:

That the VENDORS are the registered co-owners of that certain parcel of land
situated in San Vicente, Asuncion, Davao del Norte, Philippines, otherwise known as Lot
993-D, Bsd-11-006976 (AR), containing an area of TWELVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
SEVENTY TWO (12,172) SQUARE METERS, more or less, covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. CARP2012000124 of the Registry of Deeds for the Province of
Davao Oriental, Mati;

That for and in consideration of the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(P300,000.00), Philippine currency, in hand paid by the VENDEE unto the VENDORS to
the full and complete satisfaction of the latter the said VENDORS do by these presents
hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the herein VENDEE, her heirs and assigns
the said parcel of land together with all the improvements found thereon free from all liens
and encumbrances whatsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this

hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the herein VENDEE, her heirs and assigns
the said parcel of land together with all the improvements found thereon free from all liens
and encumbrances whatsoever.
