AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT is made and executed by and between:

LUMINADA GAHI, of legal age, Filipino, widow, with residence and postal address
at Lower Usogan, Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental, hereinafter called as FIRST PARTY;

EDELYN R. UNDAG, of legal age, Filipino, married to Raymond G. Undag and a

resident of Molave, Zamboanga del Sur, hereinafter called as SECOND PARTY;

W I T N E S S E T H:

That the FIRST PARTY is the lawful tenant of the rice land owner LUCY FUENTES
cultivating an area of ONE(1) HECTARE which area is situated at Lower Usogan, Bonifacio,
Misamis Occidental;

That the FIRST PARTY offered to alienate/encumber her right as tenant, in favor of the
SECOND PARTY in the amount of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND (Php320,000.00)
PESOS;

That by virtue of this encumbrance the SECOND PARTY shall now occupy and cultivate
the said area and her cultivation thereof shall only subsist upon redemption by the FIRST
PARTY;

EDELYN R. UNDAG, of legal age, Filipino, married to Raymond G. Undag and a

resident of Molave, Zamboanga del Sur, hereinafter called as SECOND PARTY;

That the FIRST PARTY is the lawful tenant of the rice land owner LUCY FUENTES
cultivating an area of ONE (1) HECTARE which area is situated at Lower Usogan, Bonifacio,
Misamis Occidental;

That the FIRST PARTY offered to alienate/encumber her right as tenant, in favor of the
SECOND PARTY in the amount of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php600,000.00) PESOS;

That by virtue of this encumbrance the SECOND PARTY shall now occupy and cultivate
the said area and her cultivation thereof shall only subsist upon redemption by the FIRST
PARTY;

PARTY;
