HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P203,500.00), Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid by
ADDIE BOY Q. FERNANDEZ and LANI M. FENANDEZ, of legal age, Filipino, married, and resident of #979
Villanueva, Camia St., Gatchalian Subd., Manuyo II, 1745 Las Pinas City, receipt in full is hereby acknowledged and
confessed to my full satisfaction, I by these presents, DO HEREBY SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY in a manner
absolute and irrevocable in favour of the herein vendee, ADDIE BOY Q. FERNANDEZ and LANI M. FERNANDEZ, his
heirs and assigns in interest that certain parcel of land situated in the Barangay of San Pedro, Puerto Princesa City, covered by
