WITNESSETH
That the SELLERS are the owners of a parcel of land located at 1764 E. Jorge St. Punta Sta.
Ana Manila, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 002-2017002658 and more
particularly described and bounded as follows:
WHEREAS, the “SELLERS”are willing to sell the above – described parcel of land,
and the “BUYER”are ready and willing to buy the same.
WHEREAS, the “SELLERS” are the true and lawful owner of the land having
acquired the same thru purchase and that it is free from liens and encumbrances of any
kind or nature and for purposes of the present sale the provisions of Art. 1623 of the New
Civil Code have been complied with and that said vendor herein testified that the above
described property is presently not tenanted nor a subject of a lease contract whatsoever.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE
HUNDRED THOUSAND (PHP 1,500,000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged in
full and to the complete satisfaction by the SELLERS from the BUYER, the SELLERS
absolutely and unconditionally SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY the above-described parcel
of land containing an area of One hundred and twenty (120) SQ.M. more or less,
including all the improvements found and standing thereon, unto the BUYER, their heirs,
successors and assigns free from all liens and/or encumbrances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto the set their hands this __ day of
