December 2012; and
2) Euroversal Board Resolution authorizing Marcelo M. Crieta as
Vendor to sell the Euroversal properties as identified in the Deed of
Sale dated 05 December 2012.

Also, please inform Roger Lora that the Real Property Historical
Ownership can only be released for the following lots AS IDENTIFIED IN
THE ATTACHED DEED OF SALE:

1) Lot 1241, Pls-799 (TCT No. T-47040 and Tax Dec No. L-111062)
2) Lot 1249-P, Pls-799 (Tax Declaration No. L-111074)

We have no legal basis to release to them the Real Property Historical

Ownership of Lot No. 1240, Lot 1236, Lot 1238, and Lot 1250-C (all Pls-
799) as these are not found in the Deed of Sale attached to their request.
