The said house and lot are hereinafter referred to as the PROPERTY.

the said PROPERTY.
1. The VENDOR hereby sells, transfers and conveys in absolute ownership unto
the VENDEE all his rights, title and interests to the said PROPERTY, including
improvements that maybe found therein belonging to the VENDOR as of the date
hereof for and in consideration of the amount of NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (Php.

2. The VENDEE shall assume the balance of the mortgage to the Home
Development Mutual Fund for the remaining number of years.
3. The VENDOR shall pay the for the real estate taxes and all miscellaneous
charges of the PAG-IBIG Homeowners Association, MERALCO account and such other
expenses necessary thereto.
4. That this Deed of Absolute Sale shall be binding upon their respective heirs,
successors, administrators and assigns of the respective parties.
The VENDOR, by virtue of these presents, hereby constitutes and appoints the
VENDEE to be his true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT to act for and his behalf with
respect to all transactions, dealings and payments that are required to be made to
acquire full ownership of the of the above-described property of VENDOR and have it
registered in the name of the VENDEE pursuant to the foregoing Deed of Sale with
