WITNESSETH, that:

WHEREAS, we are the sons and sole heirs of the deceased ZOSIMO
AGUINALDO REYES and SUPRICILLA REYES, who died on March __ 2000
and April 28 2008, respectively, at Pasay City, copies of their Death Certificates
are hereto attached as Annex “A”;

WHEREAS, SPS. ZOSIMO AND SUPRICILLA REYES, died intestate,


without Will or Testament, and without any outstanding debts in favor of any
person or entity;

WHEREAS, ZOSIMO A. REYES married to SUPRICILLA REYES, is the


absolute and registered owner of a parcel of land improved with an old residential
building located at No. 2429 Park Avenue Street Pasay City covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 135349 issued by the Registry of Deeds for the Pasay City
and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 558-B-1, of the subdivision plan , Psd-00-036780,


being a portion of Lot 558-B, PSD-15727, LRC Rec. No. 317), situated in
the Barangay of San Rafael, City of Pasay, Province of Metro Manila,,
Island of Luzon, containing an area of Eighty ( 80 ) Square Meters xxx

WHEREAS, pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Revised Rules of Court of


the Philippines, and being with full capacity to contract, we do hereby adjudicate
unto ourselves the parcel of land described above, in equal shares.
