KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This AGREEMENT made end and entered into
this 14th day of June 2023, by and between:
CARMENCHITA ARCALA RELOPEZ, of legal age, Filipino, widow, a resident of #34
South Meridian Homes, Salitran IV, Dasmarinas City, Cavite;
-AND-
JHELYN ARCALA RELOPEZ, of legal age, Filipino, single, and residing at #34 South
Meridian Homes, Salitran IV, Dasmarinas City, Cavite;
-WITNESSETH, that:
WHEREAS, that CESAR GALARCE RELOPEZ, who died on November 08, 2014 is the
registered co-owner of property which more described as follows:
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 227730

“A parcel of land (Lot 17, Block 1 OF THE SUBD. PLAN PSD-04-007126, BEING A
PORTION OF LOT 1, (LRC), PCS-27384, LRC REC. NO. ___), SITUATED IN THE BO. OF
SALITRAN, MUN. OF DASMARINAS, PROV. OF CAVITE, ISLAND OF LUZON. TO THE
PT. OF BEGINNING, XXXXXXXXX CONTAINING AN AREA OF TWO HUNDRED
FOUR (204) SQUARE METERS, ALL PTS. XXXXXXXXXX

WHEREAS, the deceased CESAR GALARCE RELOPEZ, died intestate, without Will or
Testament, and without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;
WHEREAS, being the legal surviving heirs (wife and daughter) of the late CESAR
GALARCE RELOPEZ, we hereby waiver all our rights in favor of to my daughter, JHELYN
ARCALA RELOPEZ;
WHEREAS, pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, and
being with full capacity to contract, we do hereby adjudicate the said policy unto my daughter,
JHELYN ARCALA RELOPEZ, of legal age, Filipino, single;
