WAIVER OF RIGHTS

WE, SANCHA CARILLO ABOBO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with postal and
residence address at Block 77 Lot 7 San Esteban, Dasmarinas City, Cavite; and JOCELYN
ABOBO SENISERO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of 192 Capt. B. Paredes St.
Pob-1A, Imus City, Cavite, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby
depose and say:

That we are the legal heirs, being the children of the late spouses SOFRONIO R.
ABOBO and JOSEFINA CARILLO who were the registered owners of the property
located in Block 77 Lot 7 Brgy. San Esteban, Dasmarinas City, Cavite, covered by
Transfer Certificate Title No. T-150796, containing an area of ONE HUNDRED
SEVENTY FIVE (175) SQUARE METERS;

That considering the fact that we are no longer interested in the said property, we hereby
voluntarily waive all our rights, participation, and interests over the property and its
MERALCO connection in favor of MA. GILLYN LIMPIADA NAVIDAD, of legal
age, Filipino, married, and a resident of 14 Malagasang I-E, Imus City, Cavite, and she
will assume full responsibility over the same;

That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing for all legal
intents and purposes

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 13th day of October 2022,
