DEED OF EXTRA JUDICIAL OF SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

WITH WAIVER AND RENUNCIATION OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, LOVELLE RUEDAS BUENVENIDA, of legal age, Filipino,

MARK RUEDAS BUENVENIDA, of legal age, Filipino,
PEBBY RUEDAS BUENVENIDA, of legal age, Filipino,
all residents of Block 2 Lot 10 Cardinal Village, Salitran III, Dasmarinas City, Cavite,
herein referred to as the “HEIRS”;
-WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, that we are the sole and surviving legal heirs, being children of the late MARIO B.
BUENVENIDA who died on July 12, 2023 and LUZVIMINDA R. BUENVENIDA, who
died on February 26, 2022, copy of their Certificate of Death is hereunto attached as Annex A;

WHEREAS, the said MARIO B. BUENVENIDA who died on July 12, 2023 and
LUZVIMINDA R. BUENVENIDA, who died on February 26, 2022, died intestate, without
Will or Testament, and without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

WHEREAS, the decedent left a property to which was the registered owner of motor vehicle
which more described as follows:

WHEREAS, in view of the above facts and circumstances, we are therefore co-owners and
to terminate co-ownership over the same, we hereby adjudicate over the same in pro-indiviso
sharing pursuant to Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court of the Philippines, subject to the
liabilities imposed by Section 4, of the same rule;

WAIVER OF RIGHTS

WHEREAS, WE, the heirs, LOVELLE RUEDAS BUENVENIDA and MARK RUEDAS
BUENVENIDA have agreed and covenanted to CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto
our co-heir PEBBY RUEDAS BUENVENIDA her heirs and assigns the full ownership and
possession of the above-described motor vehicle;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, we waived and
renounced as by these presents, we hereby WAIVE and RENOUNCE our share, right and
participation over the above-described motor-vehicle in favor of PEBBY RUEDAS
BUENVENIDA, her heirs and assigns the full ownership and possession of the above-described
motor-vehicle;
