WHEREAS, Barangay Poblacion Zone I is one of the beneficiaries of DSWD-KALAHI
CIDSS NCDDP Additional Financing in the Municipality of Del Gallego;
WHEREAS, Barangay Poblacion Zone I is implementing the sub-project Concreting of
Access Road under DSWD-KALAHI CIDSS NCDDP Additional Financing;
WHEREAS, the BDC TWG Chairperson, FATIMA B. AYCO, ran for Barangay Kagawad
and won the said position in the barangay during the previously conducted Barangay
and Sangguniang Kabataan election
WHEREAS, BDC TWG Chairperson FATIMA B. AYCO finds it necessary to step- down
and turn over his position to the newly appointed BDC TWG Chairperson MELVEE V.
NOTORIO;
WHEREAS, Area Coordinator ROMWEL A. MACINAS and Barangay Treasurer DIANA
A. ILAGAN retained as signatories of the account while the BDC TWG Chairperson will
be changed from FATIMA B. AYCO to MELVEE V. NOTORIO;
WHEREAS, to facilitate the continuous and smooth flow of financial transactions for and
on behalf of KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP Additional Financing, an update of the bank
account is necessary due to changes in official signatories;
WHEREAS, the BDC-TWG Chairperson MELVEE V. NOTORIO, Barangay Treasurer
DIANA A. ILAGAN and the Area Coordinator ROMWEL A. MACINAS are hereby
authorized to be the official signatories to the current checking account with the name of
DSWD KC NCDDP AF BRGY POBLACION ZONE I;

NOW THEREFORE, on joint motion collectively seconded by all members present, be

it,
RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that, MELVEE V. NOTORIO, BDC-TWG
Chairperson, DIANA A. ILAGAN, Barangay Treasurer, and ROMWEL A. MACINAS,
Area Coordinator will be the official signatories of all disbursements and transactions
under the account name of DSWD KC NCDDP AF BRGY POBLACION ZONE I with
bank account number 2092-1111-83;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution will be furnished to all concerned
person/offices and agencies for their information and reference.
