A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COMMUNITY NUTRITION SUB-PROJECT

MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (CNSPMC) CHAIRPERSON MAGDALENA S. COBILLA,
BARANGAY TREASURER MANUEL P. CANO AND KALAHI-CIDSS AREA
COORDINATOR SALEY B. BANCOSTA TO OPEN A CHECKING COMMUNITY
ACCOUNT AT LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES – TIGAON BRANCH

Whereas, the Landbank of the Philippines – TIGAON Branch is the designated

official depository bank of DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS: PMNP BRGY MAY-ANAO;

Whereas, as financial management role in the Project implementation, the barangay

has to open an account named under DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS: PMNP BRGY MAY-ANAO
and specific for the DSWD KALAHI CIDSS PMNP for the grant funds to be deposited;

Whereas, the grant allocated by DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS: PMNP will be downloaded

to the community account;

NOW THEREFORE, with the motion of Kgwd. Edwin Pesimo, duly seconded and
concurred in by all members of the barangay councils present;

Resolved, as it is hereby resolved, to authorize CNSPMC Chairperson Magdalena

S. Cobilla, Barangay Treasurer Manuel P. Cano and KALAHI-CIDSS Area Coordinator Saley
B. Bancosta to open a checking community account at Landbank of the Philippines–Tigaon
Branch and with Bank Account Name DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS PMNP BRGY MAY-ANAO.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished all concerned

agencies for their information and reference;

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, this 28th day of November 2023 and shall remain
effective and subsisting unless amended, revoked or superseded.
